EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Orders must be inspected in the courier’s presence upon delivery.

Shipping fees apply to refused orders.

No returns are accepted after the courier leaves.

Exchanges are available only for the same style, subject to size availability.

One Size items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
